TERMS & CONDITIONS
COACHING AND MEMBERSHIP:
Once a coaching plan or membership plan is purchased from Game Theory, regardless of the sport or nature of booking, it cannot be cancelled, and advanced payments made will not be refunded under any circumstances.
COACHING CLASS RESCHEDULING:
Coaching classes need to be rescheduled at least 2 two hours in advance. Classes that are not rescheduled while the coaching plan is not on pause, will be considered as No Shows and appropriate penalty will be applied.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER USER:
A user can transfer their coaching / membership plan to another inactive Game Theory user for the remaining period of their plan for ₹1,500.
Users are expected to pause the plan in the event that they are unable to use the offerings and services (subject to the number of pause days left in the plan). No extension will be provided to the transferee if days were lost as a result of failure by the original user to pause the plan.
PLAN PAUSE:
Every user can pause their memberships within the purchased duration and failing to do so, users will not be able to extend their plans through sales/customer support/captains.
No further pause/extension will be applicable other than the specific number of days under any circumstance.

ACADEMY:
PAUSE:
1 month plans - No Pause Days
3 month plans - 7 days
6 months plans - 15 days
12 month plans - 30 to 45 pause days depending on the plan
This applies to only to the All access and Academy Plans.
Family Memberships have been discontinued as of Aug 2025.
RESUME:
Membership users can resume the membership and start accessing the facilities from the same day of resuming their plan.
Coaching users can resume the plan and start accessing the facilities from the next available slot in their coaching batch.
PENALTIES:
No-Show
If you don’t check in for a booked session, 1 day will be deducted from your membership end date.
Late Cancellation (within 2 hours)
If you cancel a booking less than 2 hours before the session, 1 day will be deducted from your membership end date.
3 Penalties in a Calendar Month
If you accumulate 3 penalties in a single calendar month, your access will be frozen for 3 days, and all upcoming bookings will be cancelled.
Every Additional Penalty After That
Each further penalty in the same month will extend your freeze by another 3 days, plus 1 additional day will be deducted from your membership end date.
Toddler swimming:
Toddlers must wear properly fitted swim diapers during all sessions to maintain hygiene and safety standards..
If an unexpected hygiene incident leads to session cancellations for other participants, one extra day may be deducted from the responsible participant’s plan to account for the disruption caused.
PAY AND PLAY:
Swimming:
Cancellation: Slots can be canceled up to 24 hour before the scheduled start time.
Refund: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
Badminton/Football/Cricket/Pickleball/Basketball:
Cancellation: Slots must be cancelled at least 24 hour before the scheduled start time.
Refund: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Method:
Source Account Payments
Once approved, refunds for payments made through your source account (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.) can be refunded in two ways:
As Game Cash credit to your account (100% of the original amount)
Back to your original source account will take 5-7 working days. (subject to a 10% cancellation fee)
Game Cash Payments
Payments made using Game Cash can only be refunded as Game Cash credit to your account.
No cash refunds are available for purchases made with Game Cash.
Game Coins Payments
Purchases made using Game Coins are final and non-refundable.
Game Coins can be up to maximum of 5% of any transaction value.
Refunds for purchases made with multiple payment methods will be processed according to the policies for each method. Game Theory reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our terms of service.

Venue Sport policy:
Parking availability at each center may be checked through the Game Theory App. Where available, parking is offered on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. Game Theory does not guarantee the availability of parking at any given time. No refunds or compensation shall be provided in the event of unavailability or issues related to parking.
Squash:
Users must wear non-marking shoes upon entering the facility.
Each booking allows a maximum of 4 (four) members per squash court.
Playing barefoot is strictly forbidden.
No outside food or drinks on the court (water in sealed containers allowed).
Swimming:
Swimming attire is compulsory.
Swimming caps are mandatory.
Please shower before entering the pool.
Signing of waiver form is compulsory before entering the pool.
No outside food or drinks inside the pool.
Badminton:
You must wear badminton non-marking shoes upon entering the facility.
Each booking allows a maximum of 6 (six) members per badminton court.
Playing barefoot is strictly prohibited.
No outside food or drinks on the court (water in sealed containers allowed).
Football:
Each football ground booking permits a maximum of 12 (twelve) members per 5v5 turf session. An additional fee will apply for exceeding this limit.
Events must receive prior approval before scheduling.
It is recommended but not compulsory to wear football studs while playing at the facility. Metal studs are not allowed.
Cricket:
Bat, stumps and balls will be provided on rental basis
Table Tennis:
You must wear non-marking shoes upon entering the facility.
Each booking allows a maximum of 6 (six) members per table.
Playing barefoot is strictly prohibited.
Pickleball:
You must wear non-marking shoes upon entering the facility.
Each booking allows a maximum of 6 members per pickleball court.
Playing barefoot is strictly prohibited.
No outside food or drinks on the court (water in sealed containers allowed).
Basketball:
Each basketball court booking permits a maximum of 12 members per session. An additional fee will apply for exceeding this limit.
You must wear non-marking shoes upon entering the facility.
Events must receive prior approval before scheduling.
Dunking on rims or hanging on hoops is strictly prohibited.
No outside food or drinks on the court.
HOURLY SLOT BOOKINGS:
Non-members can cancel their booking upto 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of session start time.
SAFETY AND LIABILITY
At Game Theory centers, safety and minimizing liability are paramount. Members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in sports. Game Theory is not liable for injuries sustained during play or training. We adhere to rigorous safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all members. Users must sign such liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of use of the facilities as may be required from time to time. Further, users must adhere to Game Theory’s code of conduct and must foster a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all other users.
Game Theory bears no responsibility for, nor can it intervene in, any personal financial transactions voluntarily conducted between individuals - regardless of whether such individuals were associated with the company at the time. Such transactions fall entirely outside the scope of Game Theory’s business operations, policies, and authorizations. Game Theory does not bear any responsibility for games hosted by external individuals at the facilities. All individuals participants in these games must comply to the venue policy at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for their child(ren) within the premises at all times, except during scheduled coaching sessions where the child is under the direct supervision of assigned staff. Management is not responsible for unsupervised children.
DEFAULT AND TERMINATION
Game Theory reserves the right to terminate any coaching or membership plan at its sole discretion if the user is in violation of this policy without any liability to make any refunds, reimbursements or adjustments. The decision to terminate a coaching or membership plan shall be final.
