What age group is the program suitable for?
Our adult learn-to-swim program is designed for individuals aged 16 and above, with no upper age limit. We welcome adults of all ages who want to learn or improve their swimming skills.
What time are the classes?
We offer flexible scheduling with both morning and evening classes. Please download the app for purchasing or booking your classes.
What should I wear to my first swimming lesson?
Wear comfortable, well-fitting swimwear. Bring a swimming cap, goggles, and a towel. Avoid loose-fitting clothing that can create drag in the water.
How long are the swimming lessons?
Our learn to swim classes are 40 minutes long.
How often should I take swimming lessons?
We recommend 2-3 sessions per week for optimal progress. However, this can be adjusted based on your schedule, fitness level, and swimming goals.
Are there any prerequisites for joining the program?
No prior swimming experience is required. We assess each participant's fitness level and any medical conditions during registration to ensure safe participation. Please inform us of any health concerns or injuries.
What if I'm afraid of water?
Many adults have water-related anxiety. Our experienced instructors are trained in helping adults overcome aquaphobia through gradual, confidence-building exercises. We create a judgment-free environment and work at your comfort level.
What is the nature of the pool?
Our pools are temperature-controlled at 27 degrees and salt chlorinated, making the water gentle on the skin.
When are the upcoming centers scheduled to open?
All upcoming centers are scheduled to be open in the first week of March. Keep an eye out for updates regarding this on the Game Theory App.
Can I pay an advance to secure my spot and pay the rest later?
No, we don’t have a partial payment option during the offer period.
When can I start classes?
You can visit your chosen center and start after the purchase from the next available slot.
